The present invention relates to insect physiological disturbance function of the CpBV-ELP1 gene and recombinant baculovirus and biopesticide using the same. In the present invention, the physiological mechanism of the CpBV-ELP1 gene is revealed, and a baculovirus to enhance pathogenicity is confirmed by using the pathogenic mechanism of the CpBV-ELP1 gene, and it is confirmed that the recombinant virus has excellent insecticidal power.
