SYSTEM FOR CHASING AN UNPAID OR BREACH CAR OF THE TOLL ROAD AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THE SAME

A system for chasing an unpaid or an illegal vehicle of a toll road and controlling a method for the same are provided to regulate a vehicle by detecting an illegal vehicle of which a driver dose not discharge through an image server. A main server(1) generates blacklist information of illegal vehicle and updates it to a lower apparatus of the main server. A business server stores and manages the blacklist information from the main server and updates it to a lower apparatus of the business server in real time. A system(4) at a gate way obtains the information of a vehicle approaching the gate way and takes a picture of it, and then transmits an image to upper apparatus. An image server(5) transmits a warning message to the system at the gate way.
