A manufacturing method of a circular shaped/transformational shaped heat exchanger for an air-conditioner is provided to manufacture heat exchangers having various shapes and perform cooling-and-heating compositively by transforming inner and outer heat exchangers into a cooling-and-heating separate circuit configuration. A rectangular heat exchanger is made. The rectangular heat exchanger, which is a heating plate having copper pipes, is bent in a circular shape by calculating the aperture and expansion of the inner and outer heat exchangers. A fixing mold is fixed on the heat exchanger by using a fixing shaft. The calculated air passage is formed between the heat exchangers which are bent. A heat exchanger cover(9-1,9-2) and a finishing plate(200) are made. The outer heat exchanger and the inner heat exchanger are arranged on the lower cover. A bolt(40) is screwed by using an upper cover and an intermediate fixing plate(3). Other components are assembled through welding.
