An interactive digital audio book manufacturing system and an operation method thereof are provided to output an interactive digital audio book through the general digital characters or voice by using a dedicated reader for the electronic book or various display devices. A manufacturing unit(10) makes a 3D facial image of an author, and prepares the script of an electronic book. An installation unit(20) converts the script to a file which can be outputted. The manufacturing unit comprises a script making unit(12) which receives the video data manufactured by an image making unit(11) and inputs audio-visual information. Through the audio-visual information, an electronic book image is constructed.
