A system for offering EPG(Electronic Program Guide) screens synchronized by person through a user's gaze tracking and a method thereof are provided to configure synchronized EPG screens for each person by using data extracted from a user's gaze tracking patterns, thereby quickly and immediately analyzing the user's preference patterns. A timer(125) counts time. A memory(128) stores gaze tracking information. A gaze tracking analysis module(121) analyzes the gaze tracking information of the memory, and extracts a viewer's interested program. An EPG arrangement module(122) configures EPG information by using the extracted interested program. A gaze recognition module recognizes a user's gaze. A gaze information processing module processes the recognized information, and outputs the processed recognized information to the memory if a grid is changed.
