A method for remotely controlling sol-gel phase transition of hydrogel is provided to ensure strong permeability and to be directly applied to thick objects such as organisms. A method for remotely controlling sol-gel phase transition of hydrogel comprises the steps of: preparing hydrogel; and irradiating X-rays to the hydrogel to induce phase transition of gel to sol of the hydrogel. A method for delivering a drug using the same comprises the steps of: preparing drug suspension mixed with drug and hydrogel; injecting the drug suspension into organisms and then delivering the suspension to a target portion; and irradiating X-rays to the delivered suspension in order to release the drug to the target portion by inducing the phase transition from gel to sol.
