A filter of a parallel flow heat exchanger and a parallel flow heat exchanger using the same are provided to prevent a tube of the heat exchanger with small diameter from being stuck. A filter of a parallel flow heat exchanger comprises: a filtration part(330) inserted to the inside of a heat exchanger to filter the foreign material from the refrigerant flowed in into the heat exchanger; and a body formed at a one side of the filtration part in order to fix the filtration part to the heat exchanger. The body includes: a filter header part(310) forming a groove par(311) at one side; and a filter connecting part(320) formed at the other side of the filter header part and having the screw thread on the outer circumference. The filtration part is mesh having a mesh structure. The filter connecting part is cylindrical shape and located on the bottom of the filter head part.
