A polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene blend resin is provided to ensure excellent molding processability, low temperature impact intensity, heat resistance, anti-aging property and gloss without degradation of basic properties. A method for manufacturing a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene blend resin comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a solution mixture of a styrene-based monomer and an acrylonitrile-based monomer; (ii) melting a butadiene-based rubber in the solution mixture to prepare a polymerization solution; (iii) injecting a molecular weight controller 0-0.01 parts by weight based on the whole compound 100.0 parts by weight of the prepared polymerization solution, an initiator, a styrene-based monomer and an acrylonitrile-based monomer and then performing polymerization; (iv) injecting the molecular weight controller and 90-95 weight% among the whole compound of styrene-based monomer and an acrylonitrile-based monomer, and then performing polymerization; (v) injecting a molecular weight controller in a reactor containing reactant and then performing polymerization at 130-160 °C to prepare an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin; and (vi) mixing the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin 20-50 weight% and polycarbonate 50-80 weight% to prepare a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene blend resin.
