ACRYLIC MODIFIED POLYESTER RESIN CONTAINED PHOSPHATE HAVING HIGH MOISTURE RESISTANCE AND RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COLOR STEEL SHEET USING THEREOF

An acrylic modified polyester resin containing phosphorous is provided to ensure high wettability while maintaining a property of a polyester resin and adhesion with a hydrophobic film after time passes. A method for manufacturing an acrylic modified polyester resin containing phosphorous comprises the steps of: manufacturing a thermoplastic polyester resin by condensing a multivalent acid component and multivalent alcohol component in an equivalence ratio of 1.0: 1.0 - 1.1; diluting the thermoplastic polyester resin in an organic solvent to prepare a resin-containing solution; adding an acrylic monomer 10-30 weight% in the resin-containing solution at 130-140 °C and polymerizing the mixture for 3-5 hours; and addition-polymerizing a phosphoric acid monomer 0.5~2.0 weight% at 60-70 °C.
