PORTABLE SENSOR FOR MONITORING INDUSTRIAL DISASTER IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

A portable sensor is provided to detect an urgent situation of an operator in real time, and to offer rapid management in an emergency situation by alarming the results to a synthesis control center. A portable sensor includes an oxygen sensor(110), an acceleration sensor(120), an alarming part, a vibration generating part, an emergency button part(140), and a wireless node part(150). The oxygen sensor detects oxygen content information of a sensor wearing peripheral unit. The acceleration sensor detects acceleration information of user movement. The vibration generating part generates vibration as an alarming signal in case the detected acceleration information or the acceleration information gets out of a reference range. The alarming part informs a secession situation visually and aurally. The emergency button part outputs an emergency signal by pressing a button. The wireless node part transmits the oxygen content information, the acceleration information and the emergency signal wirelessly.
