An apparatus for measuring the image quality of a moving picture is provided to measure the change in the image quality corresponding to the temperature. An optical sensor(220) detects the light emitted from a tested LCD device(100) to output an optical detection value to a computer(210). A camera(230) photographs a displayed moving picture from the LCD device. A signal generator(240) supplies a preset video signal to the LCD device according to the control of the computer. The first temperature sensing unit(250) senses the surface temperature of the LCD device. The second temperature sensing unit(260) senses the temperature outside the LCD device.
