CEMENT MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR PRECAST SLAB TRACK AND PRECAST SLAB TRACK SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A cement mortar composition for precast slab track and a precast slab track system using the same are provided to show high compressive strength and proper expansion ratio as well as construction simplification and to absorb impact while reducing noise and vibration. A cement mortar composition for precast slab track is composed of 450~600kg/m^3 of cement and 750~1050 kg/m^3 of sand. In addition, the cement mortar composition contains 37-42wt% of water, 30-50wt% of asphalt emulsion, 0.1-0.7wt% of segregation reducing agent and 0.005-0.02wt% of aluminium powder on a basis of the cement. The cement is comprised of 87-93wt% of rapid hardening portland cement and 7-13wt% of special admixture. The sand represents dried sand with mixing granulation rate of 2.0-2.5. The asphalt emulsion is a nonionic compound. The segregation reducing agent indicates a polycarboxylic acid-based compound.
