A vital body and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which increase the health of a user by changing the bad energy into the vitality energy and emitting it. A method for manufacturing a vital body comprises: a mixing step(S1) which agitates thermosetting resin of the liquid, far infrared ray and anion radiator, herb medicine extract, and hardener and mixes them; a molding step(S2) for injecting the mixture into the mold having the predetermined holographic frame and molding it through heating; a curing step(S3) solidifying the molding; and a separation step(S4) for separating the hardened molding from the mold.
