It is arranged to remove special smell from heartleaf houttuynia and its Saururus sheep's hays using the extract of heartleaf houttuynia and the capsicum paste of Saururus sheep's hays and preparation method thereof, when showing different bioactive substances. A kind of method is used to prepare and is included the following steps: using the extract of heartleaf houttuynia and the capsicum paste of Saururus sheep's hays: preparing heartleaf houttuynia extract and Saururus chinensis extract; The capsicum of crushing; Mixed extract and chilli powder for capsicum paste is in addition to common ingredients; Make fermented mixture. The content of heartleaf houttuynia extract and Saururus chinensis extract is 10 20% (w/w) respectively. Heartleaf houttuynia extract and Saururus chinensis extract are produced, due to extracting extraction or hot water in sequential order and ethanol extraction fermentation. Common ingredients represent glutinous rice, flour, capsicum, brown sugar, starch syrup and water.
