A music creation system through voice recognition and a service use method using the same are provide to create new music within a shorter time through the voice of a user. A system server DB_01(s550) detects language from voice which a system server acquires or receives by using a common voice recognition technology algorithm module. A system server DB_02(s770) detects voice pattern information. A user DB_01(d330) stores the voice of a service user. A user DB_02(d550) produces newly and stores the language and voice pattern information detected by the system server DB_01 and the system server DB_02 with the voice of the service user. When the language and voice pattern information stored in the user DB_02 is edited, a user DB_03(d770) updates and stores the edited language and voice pattern information.
