A disposable skirt for medical examination and treatment is provided to fundamentally exclude contamination possibility of the skirt due to repetitive use of the skirt and prevent unintended exposure of the body while sufficiently exposing the affected part to perform medical examination and treatment of the affected part of the body. A disposable skirt(100) for medical examination and treatment is a skirt which is formed by connecting respective raw material sheets to one another such that the connected raw material sheets form a proper waist(W) of a patient. The disposable skirt for medical examination and treatment comprises a front part, a rear part, and a plurality of pleats. Both end portions of the raw material sheets are overlapped with one another to form long overlapped portions from the waist to bottoms of the raw material sheets. The front part includes a sealing part(115) formed across parts of the overlapped portions. The rear part faces the front part and has an exclusive absorption pad(180) disposed thereon. The pleats are formed along the circumference of the skirt by partially folding the raw material sheets.
