A method for transferring a customer tray, a customer tray transferring unit, and a test handler including the customer tray transferring unit are provided to improve transfer efficiency by operating a first transfer arm, a second transfer arm, and a third transfer arm at the same time. A customer tray receiving a semiconductor device to be tested is transferred from a first position(122) to a second position(124) carrying out the semiconductor device. The empty customer tray is transferred from the second position to a third position(126). The empty customer tray as described above is moved from the third location to a fourth location(172). The empty customer tray is transferred from the fourth position to a fifth position(174) for receiving the semiconductor device which is completely tested. The customer tray receiving the tested semiconductor device is transferred from the fifth position to a sixth position(176).
