A transfer and history management device of an iron product using wireless communication and a transfer and history management method of the iron product using the device are provided to exactly recognize location information of each product and product history information when one of the products is moved, thereby preventing an error. Electronic tags(100) are attached to cylindrical-shaped iron products, and register location information of each iron product and iron product history information. A crane(200) consists of a gripper and a mobile unit. The gripper holds one of the iron products. The mobile unit moves the gripper to a set position in connection with the gripper. An information reading unit wirelessly reads the location information and the iron product history information. An information receiver(400) wirelessly receives the read information by using a certain frequency band.
