An electric moving cart having improved driving capability is provided to use efficiently in narrow space by compacting the structure of operating a handle. An electric moving cart having improved driving capability comprises a main body member, a manipulation part and a driving part. The main body member is made of a loading panel(120) and a main body. The loading panel has a sheet shape forming a loaded field. The manipulation part formed in the main body and inputs driving commands. The driving part is made of a caster(1501), a driving wheel part(1510), and a lifting wheel part(1550). The driving wheel part is composed of a motor installed at the loaded panel and a plurality of driving wheels(1511) driven with being connected to the motor. The lifting wheel part is installed at the lower part of the loaded panel in one side of the driving wheel part. The driving part is electrically connected to the manipulation part and is operated with operating commands inputted to the manipulation part.
