A block structure construction method for civil engineering wall is provided to facilitate construction and to shorten construction period because a unit block is transported to the construction side after being assembled and forming the unit block structure. A block structure construction method for civil engineering wall is as follows. A unit block(11) is assembled and the unit block structure(1) consisting of unit block combination is formed. The unit block structure is positioned on the floor of the construction position. The height of the unit block is controlled by scratching the construction floor through a plurality of work spaces(115) of the unit block structure. The work space is embedded using the concrete. At least one or more unit block structures(1') are assembled and installed on the unit block structure. The unit block comprises a side insertion hole(111), a side protrusion(112) and a horizontal space(117).
