A thin plate structure for heat exchanging and a heat exchanging device using the same are provided to maximize the efficiency of the catalyst reaction and heat transmission by forming a perforation having narrow width, long length and deep depth. A thin plate structure for heat exchanging comprises a channel layer(14), right and left perforations(11a,11b), and a diaphragm(12). The thin plate has constant thickness. The channel layer is equipped inside the thin plate. The right and left perforations are formed at both sides of the channel layer. The one side of the diaphragm is etched between right and left perforations.
