A method for blocking sand and dust flying by wind in the desert rise using waste tires is provided to reduce the cost for prevention of sandy dust while securing excellent prevention effect. A method for blocking sand and dust flying by wind in the desert rise using waste tires is as follows. The desert surface is divided by fixed distance. One side top of a waste tire is covered by urethane and rubber plate. The desert surface is covered in sequence using the prepared waste tires. The waste tires are fixed by wires and pins. Therefore, an environment in which weed or creature can grow is made as the waste tires block the desert surface from the sun.
