FIBER LENS WITH FRESNEL ZONE PLATE LENS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A fiber lens with a fresnel zone plate lens and a method for producing the same are provided to allow the alignment of an optical combination system easy by making the surface of the Fresnel lens with no curvature. In a fiber lens with a fresnel zone plate lens and a method for producing the same, an optical transmission section(100) transmits an incident light. A light diffusion section(200) is connected to the optical transmission section and diffuses the incident light. A fresnel lens surface(310) passes the light through the light diffusion section and concentrate it by a certain focal distance. The optical transmission section is composed of one of a single mode optical fiber(110), a multi mode optical fiber and a hollow optical fiber.
