MESOD METHODOLOGY FOR EFFICIENT AND STRATEGIC ORGANIZATION DESIGN

A strategic improvement methodology for an efficient and strategic organization design is provided to be applied to an intellectual property such as productivity improvement and management consultation. An optimal structure and an operation system for a bank headquarter organization is deduced. Based on the optimal structure and the operation system, the optimal number of workers required for the operation of bank headquarters is calculated. The essential elements of approach methodology about the optimization for productivity of the headquarters is vertical decision state optimization, a horizontal structure optimization, optimization for division of word load of business and personnel optimization.
