The SSN (simultaneous switching noise) that one EBG (electromagnetic band gap) structure passes through fixed compaction characteristics is arranged to maintain signal integrity. Two patches (110a, 110b) are facing with each other. One bridge unit (10) is electrically connected two patches. Bridge unit includes a center line (11), the first extended line (12) and the second extended line (13). Center line is arranged in parallel with patch. First extended line is connected to one of two patches from one end of center line. Second extended line is connected to other two patches from the other end of center line. First open stub is formed between center line and the first extended line. First open stub is extended in parallel with the patch from the first extended line. Second open stub is formed between center line and the second extended line. Second open stub is extended in parallel with the patch from the second extended line.
