A system for approving the RFID information corresponding to a purchased commodity is provided to prevent unauthorized use of purchasing information of client. An RFID information reader(105) reads out the RFID information for drawing the customer purchase goods RFID information. A generator(110) deducts the customer purchased goods RFID information by connecting the information of the client purchasing the stuck out RFID information as described above. An approval processor(115) obtains the admission information about the customer purchase goods RFID information use. A storage(120) stores the customer purchase goods RFID information use approval information and customer purchase goods RFID information in the storage medium.
