A method and a device for 3D location information of a target object using a CCD camera and a laser beam are provided to measure the 3D location information of the target and get the measured data rapidly. A method for 3D location information of a target object using a CCD camera and a laser beam comprises followings. The two-dimensional video of the target object is obtained using the CCD camera for the two-dimensional video(S100). A two-dimension coordinate value toward a metering point of the target object is produced(S106). The camera calibration is performed and the intrinsic factor showing the property of the charge coupled device camera for the laser measurement is produced(S108). The slit laser beam is irradiated in the measurement object body. The beam image is obtained by the charge coupled device camera for the laser measurement(S112). A plane equation and the normal vector of a plane, in which the target object is put, are produced from the obtained beam image(S120). The two-dimension coordinate value about the metering point is converted into 3D coordinate using the intrinsic factor, the plane equation and normal vector(S124).
