HORIZONTAL LEVELING APPARATUS FOR A FACILITY AND A FLOATING SEA EQUIPMENT USING THE SAME

A horizontal leveling apparatus for floating sea equipment by internal pressure balance and floating sea equipment using the same are provided to remove the need of configurations for tilting sensing and position restoration and energy supply for restoring horizontality. A horizontal leveling apparatus for floating sea equipment comprises a plurality of cylinders(210), a position-maintaining connection part(220), and a pressure balancing unit(230). The cylinders are installed between the sea equipment(100) and a structure(300) to raise and lower the structure. The position-maintaining connection part makes the sea equipment tilt while maintaining the horizontal position. The pressure balancing unit maintains internal pressure balance between the cylinders by flow of fluid. The fluid is supplied to/from the cylinders according to the internal pressure variation of the cylinders resulting from the movement of the sea equipment.
