A check valve plate of a hot water supply apparatus for a warm water-mat is provided to prevent the reverse current of the water supplied to the PTC(Positive Temperature Co-efficient) heater because the feculence removal and bubble crushing, and the noise reduction are done within the connection pipe. A check valve plate of a hot water supply apparatus for a warm water-mat comprises a thread(8), a check valve(4), and a lift member(3). The thread is formed in the side of a plate-shaped body(2) and is coupled to the inside of the connection pipe. The check valve includes a valve hole(7) formed around a lift hole(6) in radial in order to supply the water in the water tank to a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater. The lift member is inserted to the lift hole of the check valve to open and close the valve hole.
