A slope vegetation-stabilization building of one inclined side and an identical construction method are arranged to reduction-inclination angle of the design with plant and reduce required expense enhancing working efficiency. One slope vegetation-stabilization building includes as follows. Multiple plant frameworks (100), which are arranged on, cuts down-slopes to storage compost. One middle part of one front part and the whole body body component is inserted into soil. One tie bolt (200) is buried in plant framework by soil. Between reduction-plagiohedral plant framework, a concrete layer (300) is powered. One soil nailing (400) is prefabricated in reduction-inclination angle. The shear stress on ground itself can be enhanced. One reinforcing bar (500) is set before the formation of concrete layer. The tensile stress of concrete layer can be enhanced.
