The present invention relates to a new revegetation construction structure for a cut-slope and a revegetation method for a cut-slope to effectively revegetate a cut-slope. According to the present invention, a revegetation construction structure comprises: a fiber net (B) fixated to a cut-slope (A); a vegetation layer (C) stacked by mixing a soil composite (2) formed by a component helpful for growth and development of a plant seed (1) and the plant seed (1) to be dispersed to the cut-slope (A); a red clay layer (D) stacked on an upper surface of the vegetation layer (C); and a cord layer (E) attaching and fixing a plurality of biodegradable cords (50) colored with green to an upper surface of the red clay layer (D). Therefore, the vegetation layer (C) is covered by the red clay layer (D) and the cord layer (E) to improve the beauty.
