A cap nut removal apparatus and a jig for the same are provided to remove several dozens of cap nuts from a cap nut jig at a time, thereby increasing the number of cap nuts removed by a worker. A cap nut removal apparatus comprises a jig, a horizontal mounting unit, a cap nut remover, and a transfer unit. A plurality of cap nuts(C) are mounted on the jig. The jig is placed on the horizontal mounting unit while keeping horizontal. The cap nut remover separates the cap nuts from the jig. The transfer unit makes the separated cap nuts free-fall and transfers them to a washing tub. An insertion piece(2) formed by bending a wire is symmetrically fixed on both sides of an elongated main frame. A synthetic resin coating layer(3) is formed on the main frame and the insertion piece.
