JIG FOR TESTING TORQUE OF NUTS AND A PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF EASILY TESTING THE CONNECTIVITY OF A NUT AND A BOARD BY DELIVERING PRESCRIBED TORQUE TO THE NUT

PURPOSE: A jig for testing torque of nuts and a processing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to the outer shape of the nuts even if the strong torque is applied to the nuts by using a jig in a wrench socket shape fitting on the outer shape of the nuts attached to a board by the welding.;CONSTITUTION: A jig for testing torque of nuts comprises a wrench connecting unit (20) and a nut connecting unit (30). A wrench latching groove (21) formed in a hexagon shape is inserted into a socket connecting unit (121) formed in the wrench connecting unit. The nut connecting unit is formed on one side of the wrench connecting unit. The nut connecting unit is equipped with a nut latching groove (31). The wrench connecting unit and the nut connecting unit are integrally formed. The nut latching groove is in contact with the surface of 70-100% relative to entire areas of the outer surface of the nut to be inserted. The nut latching groove is formed in an intaglio shape which is the same as the outer shape of the nut.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
