A pullout angle setting apparatus for pullout testing of underground structure is provided to enhance the reproducibility of test by measuring pulling supporting force. A pulling angling apparatus(100) for the pulling experiment of the structure which is laid under the ground. A pullout angle setting apparatus for pullout testing of underground structure includes a test cabinet(110), a drawing motor(120), an angle main control unit(130), an angle secondary controlling element(140) and a load cell. The test cabinet is formed into a square box shape to store the soil of the analysis object. The test cabinet consists of a transparent material capable of being observed and the upper side is opened. The test cabinet structure is reclaimed to inside. The test cabinet is installed at the opened one side. The drawing motor tows one end of the wire which is connected to the structure. The angle main control unit is installed at the opened other side of the upper part of the test cabinet. The angle main control part is comprised of a base(131), a penetration hole(133), a cutout groove(135), a first pulley(137) and a drawing hole. The angle secondary controlling element diversifies the angle of the wire and structure with the height of the jaw of the angle main control unit.
