PURPOSE: An energy production method due to mechanical neutral relativity change is provided to produce energy with circle rotation power by series-changing a part in one-to-one mechanical relativity relation.;CONSTITUTION: An energy production method due to mechanical neutral relativity change comprises following steps. A string(11) through a pulley(13) in which a groove is formed is connected and weighs. The weight is applied on the center of the pulley and the pulley(10) connected to the string hangs on a rope. The higher power is made than the power of a cog wheel(9). The neutral state becomes with ascending power.
