PURPOSE: A wiper controlling device is provided to control the stable speed of a motor as preset speed through the communication between a right wiper and a left wiper.;CONSTITUTION: A wiper controlling device comprises a left wiper motor(100), a right wiper motor(200), a location advertiser(300), a position sensor(400), and a wiper controller(600). The left wiper motor drives a left wiper. The mistake wiper motor drives a mistake wiper. The location advertiser is installed on the location of the predetermined of the left and right wiper. The position sensor senses the location of the location advertiser. The position sensor measures the shutdown location of the left and right wiper. The wiper controller controls the operation of the left and right wiper motor based on the shutdown location of the measured left and right wiper.
