PURPOSE: An active energy beam-curable resin composition using a reactive compound having flame retardancy is provided to satisfy excellent adhesion to metal and flame retardancy of resin and to ensure excellent heat resistance and humid resistance. CONSTITUTION: An active energy beam-curable resin composition includes a phosphine oxide compound(A), a reactive compound(B) and a photopolymerization initiator(C). The phosphine oxide compound(A) has the formula (1). The reactive compound has two or more of active energy beam-functional group within one molecule. In the formula (1), R represents hydrogen atom or methyl group.
