摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high frequency ceramic polymer composite substrate is provided for use in a laminating process for junction between heterogeneous materials and high-integration modularization. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high frequency ceramic polymer composite substrate comprises the following steps of: preparing ceramic powder; heat-treating the ceramic powder at the temperature of 300 ~ 1100C(S201); preparing polymer powder; mixing the ceramic powder and polymer powder to obtain mixed powder(S203); and aerosolizing the mixed powder and spraying it to a substrate.
