PIXEL AND AN ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY USING THE SAME, CAPABLE OF COMPENSATING THE DETERIORATION OF AN ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE

PURPOSE: A pixel and an organic light emitting display using the same are provided to display an image with desired brightness regardless of determination of an organic light emitting diode.;CONSTITUTION: A pixel(140) is composed of an organic light-emitting diode(OLED), a pixel circuit(142), and a compensation unit(144). The pixel circuit includes a second transistor(M2) from a first power source(ELVDD) with corresponding to a data signal. The second transistors control a current supplied to the organic light-emitting diode, and a compensation unit controls a voltage of the gate electrode(N1) of the second transistors so that the degradation of the organic light-emitting diode is compensated. The compensation includes a third transistor and a feedback capacitor(Cfb), and the third transistor is connected between the gate electrode and the organic light-emitting diode of the second transistors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
