PURPOSE: A user agent maintaining method, a communication end point, a communication system and a computer readable media are provided to perform error replacement/repair operation by a user agent due to detecting the state of the network. CONSTITUTION: An SIP persistence available user agent maintaining method is as follows. A communication endpoint(156) triggers the state of the component monitored in a communication system(100). At least one component includes a first controller of the end point. By the end point, the session initialization protocol message is sent to the component. The state of the component of one is determined based on the response received in the end point.
