PURPOSE: A device with a clock generation function, a reference frequency setting method and a reference frequency adjustment method are provided to simply set up or control the clock of the device.;CONSTITUTION: A device with a clock generation function, a reference frequency setting method and a reference frequency adjustment method includes a memory unit, an oscillation control unit, and a clock output unit(1g). The memory unit memorizes a first level which is applied to the oscillator for generating the clock of a first frequency. The oscillation control unit generates the first frequency in which it is the necessary clock of the frequency memorized in the storage device and the voltage.
