PURPOSE: A pre-heating apparatus and a pre-heating system using the same are provided to heat the interior of a vehicle easily by delivering the heat generated in a combustion chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A natural circulation pre-heating apparatus includes a cover and a main body. The cover(10) includes an inlet(110) in which the external air is flowed, and an exhaust path(130) is formed to expel the exhaust gas. The main body(30) includes a first suction fan, a heat exchanging fin, an inlet pipe, and an exhaust pipe. The first suction fan(310) is equipped in the cover. A control part sucks in the exterior air. An inlet pipe(370) transfers the exhuast gas to a combustion chamber.
