PURPOSE: A chromatography column device and a high performance liquid chromatography apparatus using the same are provided to reduce system construction cost, to save consumed solvent, and to ensure effects of reducing man power and time.;CONSTITUTION: A high performance liquid chromatography apparatus includes a solvent(1), an HPLC pump(2), an injector(3), a liquid chromatography column(6), and a detector(5). The HPLC pump supplies a solvent. The solvent is used in a stationary form. The injector injects a sample. The column separates a material. A peltier device(9) is attached to the liquid chromatography column. The peltier device is a peltier plate capable of cooling and heating.
