PURPOSE: A smart card information management system and a method thereof are provided to realize the transceiving of a command which is performed for managing information stored in a smart card, based on the SMS transmission method.;CONSTITUTION: A smart card information management system includes a card management server, a mobile communication terminal, and a smart card.
