PURPOSE: A network entry indicating method and a network entry method are provided to remove the necessity of instructing a terminal to re-enter into a network through a DCD message and an MOB NBR-ADV which are transmitted at regular time intervals.;CONSTITUTION: A network entry method comprises the following steps of: broadcasting the first pattern for informing terminals of the restart one or more times when the restart of a base station is determined because of the fatal error(220); broadcasting the second pattern one or more times when the restart procedure of the base station is completed(250); and instructing the terminals to perform network entry(260).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
