PURPOSE: A clamp type optical connector assembled in a field is provided to prevent the loss of the light by arranging a core accurately.;CONSTITUTION: A first unit(100) includes a housing, a plug, and a fixing unit. The plug is rotatably inserted into the housing. The fixing unit and a core of an optical fiber are inserted into a ferrule unit(200). An optical fiber fastening unit is installed in an end of the ferrule unit and fixes the optical fiber by pressing the outer surface of the optical fiber with the core. A second unit(300) is combined in the fixing unit and fixes the ferrule unit and the optical fiber fastening unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
