摘要

PURPOSE: A measurement error correcting method of the thickness of a glass panel is provided to output reliable measurement result by easily and accurately measuring the thickness of the glass panel through a non-contact way.;CONSTITUTION: A measurement error correcting method of the thickness of a glass panel comprises following steps. An incident light(L1) is irradiated on a glass panel(G) at constant angle. The irradiation of the glass panel is performed through a laser beam generator(10). A fifth spot by a third reflection light and a sixth spot by a fourth reflection light(L3) are formed in a screen(60). Separation distance between the sixth spot and the fifth spot formed in the screen is imaged. The separation distance between the sixth spot and the fifth spot is calculated. Pitch error(α) in which the glass panel is inclined based on a horizontal plane is measured. The thickness of the glass panel is calculated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
