PURPOSE: A cutting tool holder is provided to easily execute attachment/detachment of a cutting tool by separately assembling the part mounted to a machine tool and the part mounting a cutting tool.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool holder is composed of a fixing body(11) mounted to a clamp of a machine tool or a lathe, a cutting tool fastening body(14) in which a cutting tool(13) is fastened, which is mounted with a fastening bolt(12) to the fixing body, and a taper tip(16) which is arranged in the lower part of the cutting tool fastening body to attach/detach the cutting tool by a fastening bolt(15). The fixing unit is composed of a support projection(111) formed at the lower end and a nut unit(112) fastened by the fastening bolt at the side. The cutting tool fastening body is composed of an upper ledge(146), a lower ledge(147), and a fixing body mounting groove(148) in which the fixing body is insert-installed, an upper hanging ledge(142) having an insert groove(17) in which a taper tip is inserted, and a lower hanging ledge(143), a cutting tool mounting groove(141). A through-hole(19) in which a fastening bolt is inserted is formed in the center of the taper tip.
