PURPOSE: A fabrication method of nuclear fuel pellet by using high burn up spent nuclear fuel containing metal impurities is provided to satisfy over theoretical density of 95% by discharging a gas effectively. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of nuclear fuel pellet by using high burn up spent nuclear fuel containing metal impurities is comprised of the steps: changing nuclear fuel powder into sinterable fine powder through an oxidation/deoxidation process(S100); manufacturing changed sinterable powder into a molded body(S200); and sintering the molded body under reductive gas and manufacturing nuclear fuel pellet(S300).
