PURPOSE: A fabrication method of nuclear fuel pellet by using high burn up spent nuclear fuel is provided to satisfy sintered density required for nuclear fuel by emitting volatility nuclear fission yield effectively. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of nuclear fuel pellet by using high burn up spent nuclear fuel is comprised of the steps: converting nuclear fuel powder into a sinterable fine powder through an oxidation/deoxidation process(S100); molding the sinterable fine powder and forming a compat(S200); and sintering the molded compact under reducing atmosphere and manufacturing the nuclear fuel pellet(S300).
